At present the company has 186 amployees, among whom 70% with college diploma and technical secondary school diploma or over. There are numbers of engineering technicians.

　　The company has imported advanced numerical control spark machines of mirror surface, slow ligament cutting machines, a high - speed processing center, triple coordinate survey apparatus, numerical control plastic infusing mold machines and etc., all tongether more than 50 sets of equipment . The availability of advanced administrative soft wares, such as CAPP, ERPand the construction of network platform have made it possible that we offer customers sercice in product design & production , mold manufacture and etc.

　　Ever since its founding, the company has undertaken more than 2,000 sets of molds: electric tools, dishwasthers, soyhean milk machines, television sets, air-conditioners, washing machines, cameras, telephone, cell-phones, automobile fittings, medical treatment products, computer connectors & plugs, controllers and other precise molds.

　　At the same time, we have also provided customers with service permanently in plastic infusion products such as turnover boxes, beer boxes, soybean milk machines, disintegrators, DVD shells, battery boxes, controllers, apparatus shells, automobile fittings and etc.

In 1997 the company was chosen to be a member of China Plastic Mold & Die -Casting Mold Backbone Combination by China Mold Industry Association.

In 2002 it was approved to be a High & New Tech Enterprise by the Science & Technology Department of Shandong Province.

In 2003 it was approved to be a Key Demonstration Enterprise in Information Engineering of Shandong Province by the Science & Technology Department of Shandong Province.

In 2005 it was listed as a Growing Mediun & Small Size E nterprise by Shandong Province People"s Government.

In 2008 it was appraised consecutively to be a Grde AA Creit Status Unit by the bank system.
